§ 91.06. Artificial beachfront light.

  • All lights illuminating buildings or associated grounds for decorative, recreational or security purposes shall be shielded in such a manner that they are not visible from the beach. Lights illuminating dune crosswalks shall also be shielded, if these lights are visible from the beach. Street lights shall be located or modified so their illumination will travel away from the beach and cannot be seen from it.
